William Workman, Jr. (Age 64) of Capitol Heights, Maryland.

William Workman, Jr., aka "Will" or "Work" was born, August 16, 1953 in Washington, D.C. to William Workman, Sr. and Betty Ann (Childs) Workman.  William attended school in Prince George's County Maryland.  He peacefully transitioned to eternal life, Saturday, May 5, 2018.

As we look back at the yesterdays that we shared with him; we remember with saddened yet joy filled hearts William's:

• Love for sports.
• Love for laughter.
• Love for giving.
• Love for family and friends.

William is survived by his father, William (Pete) Workman, Sr.; wife, Vernelle Workman; three children, Shawntale' Marie Saxton (Ross), Alisha Chautique Graham (John), and William Workman, III; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; brothers, Fewell (Mousey), Bobby, Billy, Larry and Michael; sisters Janice, Patty Ann (Pat), Odessa (Detta), and Stacey; as well as a host of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and devoted friends. William was preceded in death by his mother Betty Ann, and sister Betty Jean.

William's Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of The American Rescue Workers Community Church, 716 Ritchie Road, Capitol Heights, MD 20743.  The Final Resting Place for Mr. William Workman, Jr. is located at the Heritage Memorial Cemetery, 13472 Poplar Hill Road, Waldorf, Maryland 20601, South Wall 4-D.
