Born Catholic and later converted to the Baptist faith in 2001, Billy joined the Cornerstone Peaceful Bible Baptist Church of Upper Marlboro, Maryland where began to learn how to read the Word of God and how that cultivated his relationship with the Lord.

Billy was always friendly, strong, loving, and always enjoyed spending time with his family. Billy enjoyed traveling. One of his favorite places to go was Virginia Beach where he visited numerous times each year. It was a great fulfillment when could travel on family trips with his children Darlene, Brian and Stavon.
