William Earl Proctor, Jr. "Buck"

William Earl Proctor, Jr. "Buck", 80, of Waldorf, Maryland, entered his heavenly home on Sunday, October 18th, 2026 surrounded by his loving family.

He was the beloved husband of the late Dianne Rose (Thompson) Proctor loving father to David N. Proctor, Sr. (Wanda), Tammala N. Swann (Wardell), and the late Sheldon N. Proctor, Sr. He was a proud grandfather to Kristen Sesker (Darrick), David N. Proctor, Jr. "D.J.", Tammany Hatton (Marques), Tamrin Swann, and Sheldon N. Proctor, Jr. "Jay". He was an extremely proud great grandfather to Darrick Sesker, II, “Deuce”, Kruz Sesker, Harlym Hatton and Houston Hatton.

Buck leaves to cherish his memory a brother Mark Proctor, a sister Michelle Johnson, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of family and friends.

Friends may visit with the family on Friday, November 6th from 9am until time of service at 11am at NewLife Church, 9690 Shepherds Creek Pl, La Plata, MD 20646. Interment immediately to follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Waldorf, MD.
