Wanda of Marbury, MD passed away peacefully on August 7th, 2023.

Wanda was educated in the Charles County Public School System, where she graduated from Lackey High School in 1982. She loved to cook, dance, and socialize with friends and family. Wanda was a sweet person with a big heart and always loved to help you at any time. Her grandchildren were her heart and soul. On a personal note, her husband said he could not have asked for a better wife during their 30 years of marriage.

She was preceded in death by her mother Zelda Mae Swailes and father Luther Roberston, Sr., grandson William V. Wesley IV, (niece) Shemia Wright, and (great nephew) Jelani Jeter.

She leaves to cherish her memory, husband Robert Branson, one devoted son Terrod Branson, two loving daughters, Tierra and Terese Branson, three grandchildren Taniah Branson, Aubrey Branson, and Alex Green Jr., six loving siblings James R. Swailes, Patricia Ware, Vanessa Johnson, Cherie Robertson, Luther Robertson Jr., Michael Robertson Sr., two sisters-in-law, Gail Robertson and Almalita Robertson, three brothers-in-law, Calvin Ware, Melvin Johnson, Sterling Branson and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and special friends.

Friends may visit with the family Thursday, August 24th from 10am until time of funeral service at 11am at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 5560 Pleasant Grove Road Marbury, MD. Interment immediately to follow at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Marbury, MD.
