Dyson, Walter Herbert , Sr. (Age 76) of Bryans Road, Maryland.
On Wednesday, November 2, 2011 Walter H. Dyson, Sr. departed his life at the Prince Georges Hospital Center in Cheverly, Maryland. He was born June 23, 1935 to the late Andrew Alexander Dyson and the late Alberta Ophelia Bland Dyson in Bryans Road, Maryland.
Walter leaves to morn his passing his loving wife, Gladys C. Dyson, five children, Walter Jr. (Holly), Esther (Wayne Samuel), Jeffrey (Hui), Towanda (Joe Beverly) and Hilda (Francis Edelen), seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, sister, Daisy Johnson, a very special niece, Sharon "Cocoa"(Theodore Dyson) and a host of relatives and friends.
Viewing, 12 noon until time of Service, 1:00pm, Thursday, November 10, 2011 in the Chapel at Thornton Funeral Home, P.A., 3439 Livingston Road, Indian Head, Maryland. Interment, 3:00pm Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, Maryland.
