His career included over 15 years as a janitor for the federal government in Omaha, Nebraska, where his commitment and dependable nature were well recognized. Beyond his government service, Wally applied his talents to landscaping, painting, and construction work, demonstrating a versatile work ethic and an unwavering willingness to assist whenever called upon.
Those who knew Wally fondly remember his "can do, will do" attitude—a trait that stood out in every aspect of his life. He was known for his generosity and kindness, always ready to extend a helping hand. Friends and family recall the many grocery store runs he made, especially when preparing for the cherished weekend barbecues he so loved.
