Vivian Rochelle Butler was born October 15, 1961 to the late Daniel Butler and the late Evelyn Butler. Vivian was born and raised in Rock Point Maryland, she attended La Plata High School. Vivian loved and cherished her children and grandchildren. She also loved her oldies but goodies and she would listen to 102.3 everyday. Vivian loved going out and "Hardway Connection" was her favorite band. Soul food was another one of Vivian's favorites. It was nothing to walk into her apartment and smell chitterlings, pig's feet and beef trout cooking. Vivian always talked about her sister Dorothy.
