Borum, Trevor Rishond (Age 33) of Pennsylvania

A Time To Be Born: Trevor Rishond Borum was born in Nashville, TN August 16, 1989 to Latera Borum, where he lived until the age of nine.

A Time To Live & Learn: Trevor had an infectious smile that would brighten your day or any room. He was very outgoing and always made friends with those he met, in Fairfax, VA and later in Upper Marlboro, MD. He graduated from Centreville High School in Fairfax County, VA. Trevor furthered his education at Aviation Institute in Orlando, FL where he excelled and received his degree. Later he continued his education at Nashville Auto Diesel College receiving his graduate diploma. At the time of his death, Trevor had eagerly been accepted into the Fire Academy in Pennsylvania where he would have become an exceptional Paramedic. His love of nature was the peace to hold it all together resting his mind at God's creative works.

At an early age Trevor accepted Christ and was a member of the Northern Virginia Community Fellowship Church, in Fairfax, VA. Later he joined Pennsylvania Avenue Seven Day Adventist Church, Upper Marlboro, MD. Trevor was a Pathfinder in the SDA church where he was a drummer. He enjoyed the club activities where he gained skills for camping, survival skills and spiritual revival.

Trevor had the biggest heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Everyone always welcomed Trevor's presence. He enjoyed living life to the fullest, fishing, flying planes, motorcycles and working on them, a true Mechanical Engineer at heart. Trevor was also an exceptional athlete and loved playing various sports such as football, basketball and track where he currently set and holds the fastest record for the mile relay at his elementary alma mater.

Trevor welcomed his daughters Jailynn Ann Marie Borum on September 22, 2008 and later Nirvana Lora'e Borum on April 21, 2012. His daughters were his EVERYTHING! The love that he had for his parents and siblings was unconditional, and heartwarming.

Trevor enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He has a very tight bond with his siblings Marquis, Josiah, Anita and Lakeia. He was especially close with his grandfather William, cousins Brandon and Brittany and his best friend Lamont. All that knew him, loved him!

A Time to Sleep Eternally:

On Sunday February 26, 2023, Trevor transitioned from earth to eternal sleep unexpectedly in Pennsylvania. The family is deeply saddened and shocked by his sudden death. Trevor was preceded in death by his Grandmother Shirley King, Step grandmother Sharon Coffman; Great-grandmother Rutha Coffman; Great-grandfather Hogan Coffman; Great-grandmother Lillie Borum; Great-grandfather Zebedee Borum.

On Sunday, February 26, 2023, Trevor Rishond Borum transitioned from this life to one eternal. He is survived by his daughters, Jailynn and Nirvana Borum, mother and step-father, Latera and Eddie Crenshaw, and bonus step-father, David Zamba.  Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends.

His viewing will be held from 2:00pm until time of service 3:00pm, Saturday, March 11, 2023 in the Chapel of Thornton Funeral Home, P.A., 3439 Livingston Road, Indian Head, Maryland 20640.
