TONYA Renee Washington, born August 21, 1967 in Washington, D.C. to William (Bill) and Romaine Dyson Washington. She departed this life on January 15, 2004 at Fort Washington Hospital.

TONYA was educated in the Prince Georges and Charles County Public Schools and graduated from Lackey High School in June 1985.

TONYA enjoyed helping others and always greeted everyone with her beautiful smile. She enjoyed listening to oldies but goodies music, dancing, playing spades, dressing in fashionable clothes and spending quality time with family and friends.

TONYA began her career as a Nursing Assistance at Greater Southeast Hospital in Washington, D.C. Throughout her career she worked at Meridian Health Care Facility in LaPlata MD, Millennium Nursing Home in Fort Washington, MD and Khotol Services Corporation at Naval Ordnance Station, Indian Head, MD.

TONYA was baptized on November 3, 1996 and received the right hand of fellowship under the leadership of Rev. C. H. Johnson at Macedonia Baptist Church, Bryans Road, MD.

TONYA leaves to mourn her loving parents, William (Bill) and Romaine Washingtonof Bryans Road, MD; one son, Tysean L. Washington; one brother, Eric L. Washington of Bryans Road, MD; one nephew, Derrell L.
