Thomas M. Proctor, aka "Mikie" or "Biscuit", entered peacefully into eternal rest at home on Monday, September 27, 2021 with his family by his side.
Mikie is survived by his wife, Valerie, two daughters, LaWanda and Kayla, two grandchildren, Daurice and Niya, and a host of relatives and friends.
Mikie was a long time resident of Charles County, he attended Pomonkey High School, where he met his wife Ann "Valerie" Butler. He was deeply committed to his family (caring and providing). He enjoyed working on and racing cars, playing the lottery and was a collector of model muscle cars.
In addition to his parents, James A. Proctor, Sr. and Sylvia C. Proctor, Mikie was preceded in death by his brothers, James A. Proctor, Jr. and Lawrence J. Proctor, Sr., sister-in-law, Rosalee Proctor, brother-in-law, Kotrell "Clyde" Newsome and nephew, Damon M. Proctor, Sr.
Viewing, 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church Parish Center, 4590 St. Joseph Way, Pomfret, Maryland 20675. Mass of Christian Burial in the Church at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Church Cemetery.
