Thelma Mae (Jones) Martin, 90 of Waldorf, Maryland, formerly of Washington, D.C.
Thelma Mae Jones was born, Thursday, June 16, 1927 to Matthew and Sarah Emily (Moore) Jones in Tyaskin (Wicomico County), Maryland.
Peacefully, Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 1:04 pm at the University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center, La Plata, Maryland, Mrs. Thelma Mae (Jones) Martin, the beloved wife of the late Elbert Martin, surrounded by her family, went home to be with the Lord.
She is survived by her daughter, Janell McILwain (Carey), 4 grandchildren, Wesley Robbs, Brandon Robbs, Sherika McIlwain and Casey McILwain, 5 great grands, Jordan McILwain, Cam'Ron Robinson, True Davis, Marley Robinson and Ivy Rose Robbs and other relatives.
Viewing, 10:00 a.m. until time of Service, 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the New Hope Church of God, 4200 Old Washington Road, Waldorf, Maryland 20602.
Interment, 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 14, 2018 Fort Lincoln Cemetery, 3401 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, Maryland 20722.
