Henson, Scott Oliver, Age 48 of Indian Head, Maryland.

On Tuesday, May 10, 2016, Scott Oliver Henson entered into eternal rest. Scott was born in Grayton, Maryland on June 1, 1967 to the late Lemuel H. Henson, Jr. and Minnie Marie Gassaway Henson.

Scott is survived by his beloved wife, Elsie M. Sheff Henson of 19 years; children, Terence Gaines, David L. Sheff (Dimika) and LaKeisha Marshall (Joseph); five grandchildren, Shaneya, Davon, Jo'seiah, Michael and DaVonte'; four sisters, Rev. Phillis G. Woodland (William"Joe"), Linon Gassaway-Melton (Ronald), Minister Cynthia M. Roberson (Paul) and Colette M. Henson; four brothers, David Henson, Stanley Hatton, Clifton Linkins and Tyrone Linkins; father and mother-in-law Herman O. and Nannie Sheff, brothers-in-law, Odell Sheff(Joy), Barry Sheff and Frankie Sheff (Lisa); sister-in-law, Darlene Thornton(Leon) and many nieces, nephews relatives and friends.

Scott was educated in Charles County Public Schools. He accepted Christ at Zion Baptist Church in Welcome, Maryland. He was a concrete finisher, barber, handyman, mechanic, a jack of all trades.

He loved children, the Dallas Cowboys, cooking, grilling, being with his family and friends, listening to his favorite artist, Roy C. and Donnie Ray and other oldies but goodies.
