Sandra L. Smith (56) of Indian Head, Maryland.

Sandra Lanor Smith, daughter of William and Velma Smith, was born October 29, 1960 in Washington, DC.

On April 29, 2017, God needed to pick another flower for his garden and it was Sandra Lanor Smith. Sandra was baptized at an early age at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Marbury, Maryland.

Sandra was third to the oldest. She was educated in the Charles County public school system and graduated from Lackey High School in 1979. She was employed with Beretta USA in 1980 until retirement, February 2016, with thirty-six years as a Mag Particle Lead and numerous awards as well.

Her favorite past times were fishing with Bruce, playing games on her computer, baking lemon pies and going to the casinos. She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

The legacy of love and joy that Sandra left behind to cherish are her parents, Velma and William "Gonnie" Smith, fiancé, Bruce E. Proctor, brother, Dwayne Smith (Cheryl) , sister, Veljean Thompson, niece, Dartysha Queen " Tysha", nephew, Dwayne Smith, Jr., great- nephew, Jaydon Queen, great niece, Jayla Helland, Mike Wallace, who was like a brother, Cherie Wallace, Colette Chase and Sherri-Chisley Magazine, who were like sisters, god-daughters, Teywanna Lawson and Shataeya Ligon of Huntsville, Alabama, stepson, Bruce Proctor "Marquis," step-daughter, Tierra Proctor " Tia" and a host of aunts, uncles , cousins and friends.
