Phillip Sylvester Proctor
May 20, 1961- September 14, 2016

Phillip S. Proctor, was the only child born to the late Ida and Phillip Proctor. The gateway to heaven received him on September 14, 2016, at the Fort Washington Health and Rehabilitation Center in Fort Washington Maryland. He was known to family and friends as "Pee Wee".

He was a caring man always willing to help others. He never asked for anything in return. Phillip lived a short and wonderful life. Pee Wee as we so lovingly called him, enjoyed listening to the oldies, especially Clarence Carter. You could always find him at the casino if he was not at home. He also loved playing cards with family and friends. For the last ten to fifteen years we called him Mr. Cruise because he looked forward to taking a cruise each year.

Pee Wee graduated from Friendly Senior High School in Fort Washington Maryland. Phillip served his country by serving in the United States Army. After working a few jobs in the area he decided to open his own Home Repair and Lawn and Gardening business because he enjoyed working with his hands.

Left to cherish many memories are, his son, Phillip "Tornell" Proctor and friend, Linda Logan, other relatives and friends.
