Miracle's Journey

Miracle Jerome Holt, 43, of Indian Head, Maryland, was born on August 23, 1980, to the late Jerome and Eliza Holt.  He entered into eternal peace on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital after a short illness.

Miracle received his education in the Charles County public school system.  Miracle was a successful entrepreneur whose business consisted of providing computer specifications, building computers, repairing laptops, and tricking out cars.  Miracle was known far and wide for the person you would see when you wanted to pimp your ride and get your computer fixed.  He was also known as a loving, kind, and caring person.

During his life, Miracle enjoyed many pursuits including working on computers, cars, minor electrical work, and eating Popeye's chicken.  When he was a little boy his brother fondly gave him the nickname of "Whip" as in Miracle Whip.   As an avid Redskins fan, he spent many Sundays in front of the big screen tv with his dad cheering them on and eating a hearty home-cooked Sunday dinner.  As the baby of the family with 20 years between him and his siblings, none of them thought they would ever be in the position of burying their younger brother.  He will be missed.

Miracle was a loving brother, nephew, uncle, and great uncle.  He leaves to cherish his memory a host of relatives and friends including, two sisters Nancy Holt and Marquette  Sanders; three brothers, Michael Dyson (Patricia), Tawrence Holt, and Nathaniel Pettiford (Carolyn); two aunts Betty Rogers and Rosa Cannon; two nieces Lakeisha Queen and Aisha Sanders; four nephews, Michael Dyson, Jr., Justin Dyson, Corey Dyson (Tereese) and Tawrence Holt, Jr. (Teresa); two great nieces London Ofosu-Dyson and Autumn Holt one great nephew Atlas Dyson, step great niece Nyera Davis, and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.  He also leaves a significant other, Sabrina Brewer, and her daughter Sariyah.  He will now be embraced by many in Heaven including his parents.

Family and Friends Gathering, 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 2, 2024, until time of Memorial Service, 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel of Thornton Funeral Home, P.A., 3439 Livingston Road, Indian Head, Maryland 20640.
