On Friday, June 23, 2023, Maude Uzzle peacefully transitioned to eternal rest at her daughter's residence in Bryans Road, Maryland.

Her Viewing will be 10:00 am, until time of Service, 11:00 am, Saturday, July 1, 2023 in the Chapel of Thornton Funeral Home, P.A., 3439 Livingston Road, Indian Head, Maryland 20640.

Interment, 10:30 am, Monday, July 17, 2023, Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 11301 Crain Highway, Cheltenham, Maryland 20623.
