On Monday, June 5, 2023, Mark Ricardo Proctor peacefully transitioned to eternal life.

Family and friends will gather 11:00a.m.  for family time on Tuesday, June 13, 2023.  A Memorial Service follows at 11:30 a.m., in the chapel of Thornton Funeral Home, Pa, 3439 Livingston Road, Indian Head, Maryland 20640.
