Brinkley, Mark Anthony Jr. (Age 31) of Hyattsville, Maryland.

OBITUARY

Suddenly on Sunday, November 25, 2012, at 4:35am, Mark Anthony Brinkley Jr., aka "Markey Poo" departed this life and entered into eternal rest at the young age of 31. Mark was born on November 12, 1981, in Washington, DC, to the late Mark Anthony Brinkley, Sr. and Sheila Marie Brinkley.

Mark was educated in Prince George's County and graduated from Largo Senior High School where he was very active in track and swimming and continued his education at Prince George's Community College. Mark was employed by Federal Express and the Post Office and was loved by all who knew him.

Mark enjoyed his motorcycles (two wheels) and actually was able to work at a Free State Cycle store in the Capitol Heights area. Also, Mark loved listening to his "rap music" and driving his old Chevy Caprice. He had an extensive tennis shoe collection that he cherished, along with a deep love for "Polo". Mark was a devoted friend to his "boys" and enjoyed playing basketball and hanging out with "The Fellers." Mark was loved by all children and they would flock to him.

In 2002, Mark accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour and was a member of The Sanctuary at Kingdom Square.

Mark now joins his Grandparents Charles and Clementine Brinkley; Viola Jones in the proverbial sea of eternal life.

Mark leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter Mareynah Brinkley; son Malik Harding; his mother Sheila Brinkley; father Charles Anthony Bush (Denise); four brothers — Chris Jones (Shanique), Shawn Walker (Claudia), Dominique Key; Marcus Brinkley, and Akeem Brinkley; eight sisters — Keishia Fells (Mark), Markita Brinkley, Melissa Brinkley, Taladia Brinkley, Tameka Brinkley, Toni Brinkley, Tona Brinkley, and Kizzy Brinkley; six aunts ¬Charlene Wiggins, Debra Bush, Jean Small, Dorothy Morrison, Cynthia Donovan and Anna Lloyd; grandparents — William and Maly Bush; Faye Brinkley Smith; eight uncles — Mikel Bush, Jerome Bush, Kenneth Bush, Robert Jones, Troy McKee, Charles Brinkley, Jerome Brinkley and Eric Brinkley and a Host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He also leaves to cherish his memory a very special and devoted life-time friend "Anika Harding" Also, a special acknowledgement to Karen Harding and Family; and Deon Hemsley and Family.

Visitation, 10am until time of Service, 11am on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at The Sanctuary of Kingdom Square, 9033 Central Avenue, Capital Heights, Maryland 20743. Interment, Heritage Memorial Cemetery, Waldorf, Maryland.
