Harmon, Layla Jolie (AGE 3) of Waldorf, Maryland
Layla Jolie Harmon born March 29, 2012 at Southern Maryland Medical Center in Clinton, Maryland passed away peacefully with her family by her side on October 3, 2015, the daughter of Devyn and Tamara Harmon.
Layla attended Jennifer Elementary School in Charles County, Maryland. She was an angel from the start. Layla's love for music and dance began at an early age. Her favorite songs were "Happy and you know it;" "Wheels on the Bus;" and her all-time favorite was "Let it Go." Layla's presence was known wherever she went. Her out going spirit and gentle personality will be missed the most.
Layla lives on with siblings Jordyn and Isaiah Harmon and cousin Taylor Johnson.
In addition to her parents, Layla's memory will also be cherished by grandparents Gerald and Monica Brooks; Billy and Theresa Harmon, great-grandparents, Marie Johnson (Gi Gi); Larry and Shirley Dixon, aunts, Erica Johnson and Shylri Harmon; uncle, Billy D. Harmon and a host of relatives and friends.
At Layla's passing she was able to give life through organ donation.
A Visitation will be held from 10am until time of service 11am on Thursday, October 15, 2015 in the Chapel of Thornton Funeral Home, P.A., 3439 Livingston Road, Indian Head, MD 20640. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
