Kodi Riko Thomas, the son of Pastor Vanessa Robinson, the late Micheal O'Keefe Thomas Sr. and the step-son of Bishop Curtis Robinson. He was born on June 12, 1983 in Wilmington, North Carolina.

He was baptized at the Soul Saving Station Church in Wilmington, North Carolina. He believed in the Trinity and that Jesus died and rose again. He loved the Lord with all his heart. At a young age while attending Soul Saving Station Church he sang in the choir, was a member of the Youth Group and had a passion for playing the drums. He loved his church family at Soul Saving Station Church.

Kodi received his elementary and middle school education in the Wilmington, North Carolina school system. After moving to Washington, DC in 1999, he attended Spingarn High School where he was a member of the football team and received many awards for sports activities that he participated in. He graduated in 2002.

Kodi worked as a Security Officer for many years.

He had a love for gospel music. You could ask him about any gospel song old or new and he could sing the whole song verse by verse. He was such a fun loving gentleman.

Kodi was currently a member of the House of Hope Praise Ministries located in Clinton, Maryland.

Kodi is preceded in death by his grandmother: Mary Williams and father: Michael O'Keefe Thomas Sr.

He leaves to cherish special memories his mother: Pastor Vanessa Robinson, stepfather: Bishop Curtis Robinson,   grandfather: Charles Williams Sr., uncle: Charles Williams Jr., bother: Michael Thomas Jr., fiancé: LaTasha Brown, step-daughter: Julianne Smotherman, step-son: Dayvionne Brown, nephews: Rashad Thomas, Delonte Thomas, niece: Nakita Kenley and a host of family and friends.
