James Roscoe Marshall (Age 67) of Clinton, Maryland.

James Roscoe Marshall, known as "Jimmy" to family and friends, born December 29, 1951, and departed this life Monday, June 10, 2019. Son of Gloria M. Marshall and the late Overton Roscoe "Amos" Marshall. James is survived by his daughter Sharonette Posey, grandchildren DeAndre Posey, Dierre Maxwell, Stephen Barnes, Shymar Barnes, and Shamya Barnes. Three brothers: Robert "Bobby" Marshall Sr, Gregory "Darnell" Marshall and Jonathan "Bert" Marshall; Four sisters: Delores Curtis, Sherri Marshall, Mona Wallace and Annette Harvey, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He attended Charles County Public School System. For the past year, James worked at Grace Lutheran School, where his smile and kindness warmed hearts of staff, families and children. James was a hard worker and loved by many.

He is preceded in death by brothers, Warren Fredrick Marshall and George Overton "Georgie" Marshall.

His Viewing will be, 10:00 am, until time of Service, 11:00 am, Friday, June 28, 2019 in the Chapel of Thornton Funeral Home, P.A., 3439 Livingston Road, Indian Head, Maryland 20640.
