JAMES ELMORE HAIRSTON (AGE 94) OF HYATTSVILLE, MD.

James Hairston was a World War II Veteran and retired Social Worker of St. Elizabeth's Hospital, he resided in Hyattsville Maryland.  James peacefully transitioned on March 30, 2018 in Forestville, Maryland. James is survived by his children; Carolyn, Tyrone (Tonya), Terry, Todd (Pam), sisters; Connie Jo Finney, Doris Davis and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

His Viewing will be held at 10:00 am, until time of Service, 11:00 am, Wednesday, April 11, 2018 in the Chapel of Thornton Funeral Home, P.A., 3439 Livingston Road, Indian Head, Maryland 20640.
