GOOSEBERRY, JAMES PAUL (AGE 80) OF WALDORF, MD
On Thursday, April 21, 2016, James Paul Gooseberry affectionately called "Paul" departed this life at Paul and Agnes Chapman's home in Waldorf, Maryland.
Paul was born April 23, 1935 in Rock Point, Charles County Maryland. Paul attended Wayside School in Tompkinsville, Maryland. He was employed by and retired from the United States Department of Labor.
Paul enjoyed landscaping and fishing as well as being with his family and friends. He also liked to party.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Margaret Gooseberry; two sisters, Mary Luveta Mahoney and Mary Virginia Lewis; two brothers, Leonard Gooseberry and Joseph Gooseberry.
Paul leaves to cherish his memory nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
His viewing will be held from 9:30am until time of Mass of Christian Burial 11:00am at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 15848 Rock Point Road, Issue, Maryland 20602.
