Irene Elizabeth Proctor, 82 of Port Tobacco, Maryland.

Peacefully transitioned, Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at the University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center, La Plata, Maryland, surrounded by her loving family.

Irene was the beloved wife of the late David A. Proctor, loving mother of Angela Lee (Wayne), Andre`(Claudine) and the late Vickie and Gregory Pickeral.

Viewing, 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 24, 2023 until Family Tributes, 11:30 a.m. at Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church, 100 Village Street, Waldorf, Maryland 20602.  Mass of Christian Burial, 12:00 noon.

Interment, 11:15 a.m., Friday, March 3, 2023 at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 11301 Crain Highway, Cheltenham, Maryland 20623.
