Herman Randy Bowman, Sr. (Age 60) of Indian Head, Maryland

Herman Randy Bowman, affectionately known as Randy and Uncle Randy, was born, March 21, 1960 in Bryans Road, Maryland to Charles Henry and Mary Louise Bowman, Jr.   He was educated in the Charles County school system.

Herman liked music and his favorites were oldies, he was a fan of Keith Sweat and Stair Way to Heaven.  His hobbies were fishing, crabbing, cooking on the grill, horseshoes and playing cards.  He was devoted to family and enjoyed spending time with his brothers, grand kids, and all family members.  Herman also enjoyed family reunions, birthday parties and holiday celebrations.  He was always available to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Herman was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Agnes C. Watson and Frances L. Butler, brothers, William Michael Bowman, Sr., Charles Henry Bowman, III and Joseph Stephen Bowman.

He leaves to cherish precious memories, his loving wife, Yvonne Bowman, son, Herman Randy Bowman, Jr., daughters, Latisha Shenita Ross, Crystal Yvette Bowman and Jessica Ranshelle  Bowman, grandchildren, AlaJaih Brown, Shanaya Bowman, Alexus Bowman, Jadai Ross, Jazmine Ross, Serenity Gray, Shakyla Gray, Sharia Gray and Shakira Gross, son-in-law, James Antoine Ross, daughter-in-law, Jacia Barnes, brothers, James Jimmy, John Purnell, Arthur David, Sherman Anthony, Carl Jeffery Bowman, sisters Mary Jane Bowman, Ellen M. Hawkins , Ann Elizabeth Butler and Margaret Linda Colbert  and a host of family and friends.

His Viewing will be, 10:00 am, until Mass of Christian Burial, 11:00 am, Friday, February 5, 2021 at St. Mary's Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 30 Mattingly Avenue E, Indian Head, Maryland 20640.  Interment, St. Charles Cemetery, Strauss Avenue, Glymont, Maryland 20640.
