Obituary

Harold Frances Thomas, Jr., age 66, of Marbury, Maryland.

Harold Frances Thomas, Jr., age 66 departed this earth during the early morning. on Wednesday, April 3, 2024.  He was born March 11, 1958, in Marbury, Maryland to the late Harold F. Thomas, Sr., and Betty Thomas.

Harold Jr. was baptized at an early age and for some time, and he attended services at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church.  He was known to be the BEST BOOTLEG MECHANIC (if there was ever one).

Harold Jr. (or Bugjuice) loved Race Cars and going to the track.  He was loud, funny and quite the character.  He could keep you laughing for hours. He was the life of the party.  He had a few famous sayings, "Based on a true story" (which meant a lie was coming) and when he came home and checked in, he always said, "coming in hot".  When you asked him something, he would say "how much"? When he was told no, he would always come back with "I bet I will".  His favorite television shows were Judge Judy, Andy Griffin and the Cowboy movies.  He walked          the road EVERYDAY starting with Grinders (hoping to find someone to take him somewhere).  Most days, you could find him under the "Lying Tree" for hours shooting the breeze with anyone who stopped by.  He was most proud of his sisters (and called us Harold's Big Gals).  One of his favorite things was his "Blue Top".

Harold Jr. was preceded in death by his parents Harold F. Thomas Sr. and Betty Thomas, brother Lionel Thomas and nephew Devin Simmons.

Harold Jr. leaves to mourn five (5) sisters, Margaret (Nee'Cee), Linda Gray, Gale, Barbara (Pat) Thomas, and Jean (Greg) Smoot.  A "special liked daughter" whom he loved Katrina Proctor; two (2) nephews Lamont and Claytron; Seven (7) nieces Meya, Shira, JaNene, Candace, Lanelle, Raven and De"Shunae; three (3) great nieces, Taleya, Janiyah and Sha'dai; three (3) great nephews, Terrod, Josiah and Stefan; Seven (7) aunts, Eunice (Sam) Williams, Frances Swann, Tessa (Thomas) Young, Wanda Jenkins, Marjorie Lancaster, Lentula Thomas, Theresa Thomas (who was like a mother to him) and Deborah Posey-Thomas; two (2) uncles, Curtis and William "Billy" Thomas, and a host of special cousins and friends.
