Grozelia Fanny Stepney-Herring, of Washington, DC transitioned May 19, 2023. Devoted wife of the late Rev. Fred Herring; loving mother of Kirk Stepney, Constance, Paula, Denise and Arthinia;  beloved sister of RoseMary, Winonah, Thomas, Allise and the late Roland and Gustine; She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by 1 grandson.

Viewing will be held Tuesday, May 30th, from 9:00am until time of service at 10:30am at Fort Foote Baptist Church 8310 Fort Foote Road Ft. Washington, MD. Interment immediately following at National Harmony Memorial Park.
