Gloria Ethel Daye, 69 of Indian Head, Maryland.

Gloria Ethel Daye, Indian Head, Maryland suddenly and unexpectedly on February 18, 2019 at her residence in Indian Head, Maryland. She was born September 18, 1949 in Norwalk, Connecticut, the daughter of Eugene Daye and Geraldine (Wilson) Daye.  Gloria graduated from Pomonkey High School.  Following graduation, she entered Job Corp and traveled.  She returned home to begin her working career and recently retired from CCPS (Charles County Public Schools) where she worked as a maintenance engineer.

Gloria enjoyed helping others, spending time and traveling with her sister from another mother, Kitty, the Sistah's and also CMRA.  Everyone knew Gloria was a die-hard Redskin Fan.  She enjoyed making people happy, giving, listening, cooking and having a great time with family and friends.

Gloria is predeceased by her parents.  Surviving are her sisters, Brenda of Port Tobacco and Star-Yvette of Largo, her nephew Keith, a host of cousins, great nieces, nephews.
