Frank Simmons, age 78, of Fort Washington, Maryland, peacefully transitioned to his eternal home in heaven on Friday, December 1, 2017.   Frank leaves to cherish his memory a devoted wife, Mary, a daughter, Alethia Tucker (Bertram), grandchildren, Kayla and Jordan Tucker, sisters, brothers and a host of relatives and friends.
