On Thursday, November 16, 2017 at the University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center, La Plata, Maryland, Eva M. Posey more affectionately called "Tot" transitioned to eternal life.

Wife of the late Rudolph A. Posey, Sr.; Mother of Hilda Barnes (Cecil), April Posey, June Posey, Carlene Richardson, Gale Hall, Rudolph Jr. (Catherine), Carroll (Gale), Glenn, Sr., Rickie (Rene) and Jackie (Arthella) Posey and the late Victoria Morgan "Mickey". Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, sister, Irene Gray and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
