Harley, Elsie Louise (Proctor) (Age 86) of Indian Head, Maryland.

On Saturday, March 29, 2014 at Medstar Southern Maryland Hospital Center in Clinton, Maryland, Elsie Louise Harley quietly transitioned to eternal life.

She was the devoted wife of William C. Harley for 64 years; mother of Thomas Jerry, David Allen, Joseph Randall, Paul Gary, Beverly Ann, Gloria Yvette, Pamela Jean, Denise Elizabeth and the late William Michael.  Also surviving are 17 grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and a host of  relatives and friends.

Viewing, Thursday, April 3, 2014 from 5pm until 8pm, Prayers 7:30pm in the Chapel of Thornton Funeral Home, P.A., 3439 Livingston Road, Indian Head, Maryland 20640. Mass of Christian Burial, 10am,  Friday, April 4, 2014 at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 30 Mattingly Avenue, Indian Head, Maryland 20640. Interment St. Charles Cemetery, Glymont, Maryland.
