Born July 25, 1932, Elizabeth C. Lewis-Davis passed away peacefully on July 30, 2017 after a prolonged but a brave struggle.  Elizabeth is the late wife of James W. Lewis and David Davis.  Elizabeth is survived by her daughter Ann E.  Newman (Milton), sons Anthony A. Lewis (Jerri ) Thomas H. Lewis and Patrick J. Lewis (Desiree) granddaughters Krystle Lewis, Brittany Lewis, and Jenelle Lewis, grandsons, Terrell Lewis and Keith I. Newman, goddaughter Deborah Ford (Tee), sisters Mary  Branson, Theresa Fox, Veronica Graham (James) and Margaret Harris, brother Charles (Butch) Clagett (Theresa) sisters-in-law Helen (Patsy) Clagett, Cherrie Lee (Garnell), Dorothy Greene,  Marva Hawkins,  Estelle Holmes (Colbert), and Mary Ann Young (Conrad), brothers-in-law Henry Van Dyke Lewis and Marvin R. Worthy (Pat).

Viewing will be held Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Thornton Funeral Home, 3439 Livingston Road, Indian Head, MD, 8:00am - 10:00am and Prayers 9:00am.  Mass of Christian Burial, 11:00am at St. Mary's Catholic Church of Piscataway, 13401 Piscataway Road, Clinton, Maryland.
