Toyer, Edward Robert, Sr. (Age 96) of Marbury, Maryland.
Peacefully on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at the Medstar Southern Maryland Hospital Center in Clinton, Maryland. Edward R. Toyer, Sr. transitioned to eternal life.
Beloved husband of Norena. Devoted father of Edward Jr., Ronald, Charles, Patricia Young (the late Garnell), Barbara Washington (Jarriett), Renee Toyer-Tibbs (Gilbert), the late Gail Toyer, Patricia Proctor "like a daughter" (the late Paul); a host of grand and great grandchildren and a special niece, Romaine Thomas (Jacob).
Viewing, 9:00 a.m. until time of Service, 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 17, 2015, in the Chapel of Thornton Funeral Home, P.A., 3439 Livingston Road, Indian Head, Maryland 20640
Interment, Smith Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Pisgah, Maryland.
