Dorothy Elizabeth (Russ) Flamer, 91 of Washington, D.C. formerly of Ashburn, Virginia.
Dorothy Elizabeth (Russ) Flamer of Ashburn, Virginia passed away peacefully at her Washington, D.C. home on Tuesday, June 19, 2018. She was the wife of Robert Flamer and the youngest of six siblings born in 1926 to Will and Ella Mae Russ, all who preceded her in death.
Family and Friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service, 11 a.m., Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Garfield Memorial Christian Church, 1731 Great Falls Street, McLean, Virginia 22101.
