Corey Darnell Johnson, Jr. "CJ", 28, of Accokeek, Maryland.

Corey "CJ" Darnell Johnson Jr. was born, October 9, 1990 in La Plata, Maryland to Sherene "Mickey" Johnson and Corey Darnell Johnson, Sr. He entered into eternal life on June 26, 2019.

CJ received his education from both Charles and Prince Georges County Public Schools. He was aggressively active, funny, and athletic. CJ loved cooking, listening to music and he kept a clean house. While being known for the knockout king that he was, he loved kids and had the sweetest heart. He kept everyone around him laughing and joking. CJ was a father, a son, a brother, a nephew, a cousin, a fighter, and a protector for his family. CJ was loved.

CJ was preceded in death by his grandparents, Julia Ann Poteat, Harry Johnson Sr. and Madeline Johnson; aunts, Joy Smith and Shella Globber; uncle, Harry Johnson Jr.; cousin, Demonte Jamal Johnson and godsister, Jonell Johnson.

He will continue to live through his parents, Corey and Mickey; daughter, Alayshia Mariah Johnson; sisters, Brittney Johnson, Shantelle Warren, Nateia Templeton, Raynesheia Fowler, Ciara Johnson and Liquesha Johnson; brothers, Cortrelle Simpson, Corterris Simpson, Nawaz Fowler and Cormaree Johnson; aunts, Sherflon Johnson, April Dixon, Sherry Johnson, Vivian Price, Dorice Johnson, Linda Williams, Jessica Johnson, Octavia Johnson and Joan Sweetney; uncle, Donny Poteat and a gang of cousins and friends.
