Constance was educated in the District of Columbia public school system, she graduated from Anacostia High School in 1976.  She met her husband, Jerome Robinson at church when she was nine years old and they were married on February 3, 1979.  From their blessed union a precious daughter was born, Tiffany.  Constance was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed spending time with her family.  She considered her greatest accomplishments to be her marriage, family, living until age 62 and purchasing their home.  She liked to read books, do crossword puzzles, listen to classical music, and enjoy nature.  She also liked art and visiting museums.  Constance was a compassionate, generous, no-nonsense, caring, passionate and honest individual.  Two of her favorite eating places to go were, Clyde's and Ruth's Chris.  Her generosity and loving personality touched many lives.  She always had a word of wisdom to share.   Seeing her daughter get married was a momentous occasion in her life.  She loved her church family and was passionate about serving in ministry.  Her career with the Federal Government included several agencies, however, she retired as an Administrative Officer from the U.S. Agency for International Development.
