Peacefully on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at his home in Suitland, Maryland, Charles Fields Thompson, Sr. transitioned to eternal life.
The beloved father of Charles Fields Thompson, Jr. "Chuck" and Tonya F. Harrison. Also surviving are grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives, friends and church family.
Viewing, 9:00am until time of Service, 11:00am, Friday, June 16, 2017 at his home church, Le Detroit Baptist Church, 5306 Indian Head Highway, Oxon Hill, Maryland 20745. Interment, Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, Maryland.
