Farmer, Brian Anthony (Age 43) of Waldorf, Maryland

On Friday, August 6, 2021 death liberated Brian Anthony Farmer from his earthly toil.  He was born on June 25, 1978 to the late Mary Ann Farmer and Ronald Lee Riley. Brian was baptized at St. Mary's Newport Catholic Church.

Brian was educated in the public schools of Charles County, Maryland.  Aside from his academic studies during his elementary years, he actively participated as a member on the little league baseball and basketball teams. He graduated from McDonough High School in 1996.

Brian had various loves during his life.  His mother, Mary Ann, was his first love and everybody knew it.  Another of his loves was music, especially Go-Go.  He was so inspired by it that he joined a Go-Go Band with some cousins and friends.  Brian especially enjoyed the time he spent vacationing with family and friends.  In addition, he was a stylish dresser and dancer.

Brian had struggles and by no means was perfect. That being said, none of us are. He can be remembered as someone with a "Big Heart" who shared his time and love with anyone that he knew was in need.

Brian was preceded in death by his parents Mary Ann Farmer and Ronald Lee Riley, one sister Christina Riley-Moultrie, grandparents James and Mary Farmer and Raymond and Mary Riley.

Brian leaves to cherish his memories three sisters Shannon Quintana, LaKeisha Riley, and RonNeka Riley. Stepfather John Wendell Chapman. Five uncles Wendell Riley, Allen Farmer, Donnie Farmer (Stephanie), Vincent Farmer and Elroy Hawkins. Seven aunts Sharon Carter (Lonnie), Carla Chapman, Shirley Cooper, Gloria Gray, Iris Riley, Joyce Berry and Sonya Carter. His godmother Buelah Woodland. He also leaves a host of cousins, other devoted family, and friends.

His viewing will take place Monday August 16, 2021, 9:00am until time of service 11:00am, Chapel of Thornton Funeral Home, P.A., 3439 Livingston Road, Indian Head, Maryland.  Interment St. Mary's Church, Newport, Maryland.
