Brenda Ann (Wills) Bivins (Age 67) of La Plata, Maryland

Brenda Ann (Wills) Bivins was born December 16, 1952, to the late William C and Jennie C Wills.  Brenda transitioned into the loving arms of her heavenly Father on Tuesday, April 28, 2020.

After more than 40 years of dedicated and faithful service with Charles County Board of Education, she retired in 2018.  Brenda enjoyed spending time with family, playing cards, and going to bingo.

Brenda leaves to cherish her memories, her devoted husband of fifty years Gilbert, loving son Troy and his wife Renee, four affectionate grandchildren Tiffani, Josiah, Trena', and Lance.  Siblings James P. Winters (Betty), Jeannie Brawner, John "Ike" Wills, and Marion Hill.  She will be missed by her sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and host of other family and friends.

Brenda is preceded in death by her two brothers Frances X Winters, William M. Wills, sister Mary Louise Brooks, brothers-in-law Frances Brawner, Raymond Hill, Peter T. Bivins, Sr.

Viewing, Thursday, May 14, 2020 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Thornton Funeral Home, P.A., 3439 Livingston Road Indian Head Maryland 20640.
