Thomas, Betty Ann Thompson (Age 73) of Marbury, Maryland.

Peacefully on Sunday, March 17, 2013 at her home in Marbury, Maryland at the age of 73 and surrounded by her loving family, Betty Ann Thompson Thomas transitioned into eternal life.

She was born May 28, 1939 in Bryantown, Maryland to the late James Roy Thompson and Frances Irene Savoy Thompson.

Betty worked for and retired from the Ft. Washington Rehabilitation Center as a Certified Nurse's Assistant.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her son, Lionel A. Thomas.

Betty leaves to mourn her husband of 56 years, Harold F. Thomas, Sr.; 5 daughters, Margaret (Denise), Linda Gray (DeWayne), Gale Thomas, Barbara Thomas and Jean M. Smoot (Gregory); 1 son, Harold F. Thomas, Jr.; grandchildren, Meya, Devin, Shira, JaNene, Candace, Lanelle, Lamont, Claytron, Raven and De'Shunae; great grandchildren,
Taleya, Terrod, Janiyah, Sha' dai and Josiah.

Betty is also survived by 5 sisters, Eunice (Sam),
Juanita, Ruth, Tessa (Thomas) and Wanda (Thomas) and 2 brothers, Billy and Roy (Cecelia).

Viewing, 9am until time of Service, 11am, Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 5560 Pleasant Grove Road, Marbury, Maryland. Interment, Church Cemetery.
